I decided to get crazy last Friday and have some fun. I should have posted this sooner, but wanted to use the new viddler plugin to see how well it works out. Enjoy me making an ass out of myself lipsyncing to “What Is Love?”

Cheers!

Cleaning up Facebook

Today I have decided to clean up Facebook. What does this mean? Well I am no longer running applications on Facebook that have nothing to do with what I am doing in the 2.0 world. So, the only non-Facebook applications you will see me running are Twitter and FriendFeed.

I think this change is needed. Facebook is killing me with all of these applications and my friends keep wanting me to add them. I admit that I have added some voluntarily, but now I say enough is enough. Keep it clean and simple, we are supposed to be networking here, not fighting vampires and throwing sheep.

If these applications were not cluttering up Facebook, then the redesign would be rolling out, but instead the hold up is for the application developers to work with the new changes to make sure that things are not going to break. [story here]

So, no more throwing sheep and sharing what is on my iPod!

Cheers!

Testing the MySpace Crossposter

So I have decided to test out the MySpace Crossposter for my blog entries. It is so hard these days to keep everyone aware of what is going on when I belong so many social networking sites. Facebook was easy to setup, as I am able to import my blog entries via the Notes application. FriendFeed also shows that I have made posts, and I usually Twitter when I have posted something that people may be interested in reading. So, it seems that Facebook is getting overloaded with notifications and MySpace is sitting out in left field picking dandelions until something happens.

I hope this plugin works, if so, then the friends I have on MySpace will finally be able to catch up on what I am doing and read what tech/movie/tv reviews I have done.

Cheers!
