Changes…
Posted on: August 10, 2008 at 5:46 am | Posted under: BlogTags: blogging, Design, tumblr | Comments: View Comments
Well after thinking about things tonight, I have decided to keep my blogging here. While Tumblr is a great platform, I just rather keep all of my posts in one place where I can easily access and refer to them. If I am going to rant, then I will rant.
So, no more Tumblr posts. I will keep the account, since I am still developing on that system for a few friends. You will notice the flash widget is gone from the sidebar, along with some other changes made too.
Ok, keeping this short so I can get back to work. I really should sleep, but who has time for that!
Cheers!
Wishing to go to Blog World Expo

I have been talking with friends online for a while now about Blog World Expo and how I am dying to go this year. My reason for wanting to attend this huge event is that I am getting more involved in blogging, both personally and professionally. We are looking to implement a blog at the resort and it would be a huge benefit for me to learn more from the top experts how I can leverage the blogs I run into true marketing tools. Unfortunately, all events have a pricetag attached to them.
Luckily, John Chow is giving away a pass and I am hoping that he will pick me as the winner! Hey, I deserve it!
I work hard and deserve to spend some time in Vegas learning more about what I can do to be a ‘better blogger’ and find what is out there that can help me acheive this.
As for the plane and hotel, I can just sell one of my kidneys to take care of that.
Cheers!
Bad Blogging

iJustine’s most recent blog post talks about her being a ‘bad blogger’. I must agree with her that I too am a bad blogger. Right now I have three drafts sitting in the sidebar of Windows Live Writer, and about eight different topics that will result in about 20 posts sitting on a scrap piece of paper.
So, I think it is time I start getting around to doing a bit more blogging. My friends that read my blog enjoy my writing and many of them use it as a resource for products and software (they are living in the dark ages).
Are you a bad blogger?
Cheers!
