Let’s start the promotion!
Posted on: April 7, 2009 at 5:33 pm | Posted under: DesignTags: Design, PodCampAZ 2009, promotion | Comments: Comments

PodCampAZ 2009 is still 7 months away, but that hasn’t stopped me from getting started on promotional materials! After confirming with Brent the date and the new logo, I have banged out two wallpapers and a 125×125 badge. You can download them from Flickr and start using them today!
I will be working on more materials, mostly badges of different sizes and maybe a few other wallpaper designs.
If you are planning on attending PodCampAZ 2009 this year and are in need of a specific promotional item, hit me up on Twitter @jacobburke.
Cheers!
Changes…
Posted on: August 10, 2008 at 5:46 am | Posted under: BlogTags: blogging, Design, tumblr | Comments: Comments
Well after thinking about things tonight, I have decided to keep my blogging here. While Tumblr is a great platform, I just rather keep all of my posts in one place where I can easily access and refer to them. If I am going to rant, then I will rant.
So, no more Tumblr posts. I will keep the account, since I am still developing on that system for a few friends. You will notice the flash widget is gone from the sidebar, along with some other changes made too.
Ok, keeping this short so I can get back to work. I really should sleep, but who has time for that!
Cheers!
Facebook’s new design on IE6 – Doesn’t Exist
Posted on: July 24, 2008 at 6:47 am | Posted under: Social Networking, TechnologyTags: Design, Facebook, IE6, Social Networking, UI | Comments: Comments
My buddy Brian went to view the new Facebook design on IE6 on his computer at work. The problem, it won’t load! He got a funny message from Facebook telling him that they are not cool enough to support his browser. Check out the photo he grabbed with his phone and sent to me. I had to share this, because it means that either Facebook needs to become backwards compatible with their new design or he just needs to upgrade his browser :)

What are your thoughts?
Cheers!
