My buddy Todd Bailey, whom I attended college with and have worked with in the past, has released the trailer for his new film: The Moretti House.

The film is set here in Elmira, NY and the Moretti House is a landmark in the area.  Todd has produced some great films & documentaries in the past.  One of his biggest influences is M. Night Shyamalan and this is evident in the horror/thriller themes in his works.
