Wed, 18 Jan 2012 17:19:45 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.3.1 Fun with Windows http://blog.jacobburke.com/2008/07/20/fun-with-windows/ http://blog.jacobburke.com/2008/07/20/fun-with-windows/#comments Sun, 20 Jul 2008 14:46:09 +0000 Jacob Burke http://tumblr.jacobburke.com/post/42915070 The past 12 hours have been an absolute nightmare!  My computer kept locking up and I was always having to reboot it and I was never able to successfully use Windows for more than a few minutes before it locked up again.  I finally decided to use a backup hard drive and installed a copy of Vista on it.  Things are back up and running now, but this hard drive has 130GB less space, so things may get cramped.  Now I can format my original hard drive and use that, but I will be going through all of this work again!  I may do that next weekend, but for right now, I am just going to stick with this.  I still have more software to install, but I want a nap :)

I will start tinkering with the software and see how well this works out for my needs.  If anyone out there has blog editor suggestions, please leave a comment.
